Andrew Page is a senior technology and telecommunications executive with nearly 30 years of international experience delivering large‑scale network, systems and infrastructure programs across Australia, Asia‑Pacific, Japan and the United States.

In 2019, Andrew established Andrew Page Consulting, where as Principal Consultant and Director he provides strategy, leadership, telecommunications and systems engineering advisory services to global telecommunications service providers, government agencies, large enterprises and specialist consulting firms. He is frequently engaged to support complex transformation initiatives, resolve critical technical or organisational challenges, deliver defined outcomes, and lead cultural change within engineering and delivery teams.

Previously, Andrew served as Chief Technology Officer at Uniti Group, where he was a member of the executive team and led the OptiComm technical organisation. His responsibilities spanned network architecture and engineering, OSS/BSS platforms, network operations and service assurance, customer operations, and large‑scale systems integration, including the unification and simplification of acquired networks and data assets.

Andrew spent more than nine years at nbn™ Australia, holding several General Manager roles across HFC network deployment, optimisation and capacity expansion, as well as satellite engineering, deployment and systems integration. He created and led the teams and industry consortia responsible for designing, building and launching the Sky Muster satellite network, delivering broadband connectivity to remote and regional Australians.

Earlier in his career, Andrew held senior leadership, consulting and product roles at Cisco, Telstra and Motorola Solutions, spanning advanced consulting services, global product strategy, broadband and IP network delivery, and enterprise network architecture across multiple international markets.

Andrew is recognised for his ability to bridge strategy and execution, align technology with business outcomes, and lead multidisciplinary teams through high‑stakes, technically complex environments.
